The staff at Dogwood Dental Care is exceptional! I have, what most people call, a dental phobia. It didn't occur until my adult years. The fear is real. It's no laughing matter for me. I called Dr. Kennedy's office, looking for a new dentist, because I suddenly had numerous cavities & the previous dentist, I saw, basically said he couldn't treat me due to my anxiety. He sent me away with a couple of numbers on a post it note, stating I'd have to go to Knoxville or Chattanooga & be put to sleep. It was a slow process for me, as I started my visits with Dr. Kennedy. I took someone with me the first 2 times. We tried a few different methods: natural herb pills to relax, headphones with music, gas, but ultimately I use nothing. That's pretty remarkable. The staff is calm. They are patient. They tell me details of what we're doing. I believe the key thing is communication. They notice when my anxiety is increasing or I tell them. I've had numerous fillings, a few root canals, etc. I have, only, made it through all of this by the Grace of God & Dogwood Dental Care. My family, now, goes there & the children love it, as well. Giving reviews is not usually my thing, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Thank you Dogwood Dental

Doctor Kennedy is an awesome dentist and his staff is exceptional. I personally, look forward to my dental visits. Dental care is so important to good health. They never push any product or service. They only make recommendations. I'd recommend Dr. Kennedy to anyone. They may be a bit more expensive than others but, they accept my insurance and we get the best care. His dental hygienist does a super job with decades of experience.... 5 stars.

Great staff. They are all very friendly while remaining professional. Dr. Kennedy always does great work and understands the the importance of knowing his patients but yet getting the work done quickly since most people don't like being in a dentist's chair.

Very friendly staff. I've NEVER waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment and nearly every time, I get called back earlier than my scheduled time. Such a welcomed rarity nowadays.

Each and everytime I'm there the staff is always so helpful and friendly. My kids came in to get their teeth done and they just had fun with them while they were working on them so my kids weren't scared! They just always go the extra mile for their patients!!! Love them!!!
